Currently accepting PayPal and direct checkout as well as Etsy gift cards. Payments to be made within 24 hours of order, if you pay by e cheque then the payment needs to process and clear before I can post out (usually 3-5 days)


Please make sure your address is correct on the etsy order form as this is the one I use for sending out all orders.
Unfortunately due to Etsy now charging fees on shipping prices I have had to slightly adjust the P&P.
All orders are posted via Royal Mail. If you would like additional tracking please contact me for a quote before checkout (this can be very expensive, especially international mail so only for high value orders is this recommended). Please check for last posting dates for Christmas to make sure your item will arrive in time and keep in mind there can be delays during Holiday periods.

The P&P cost covers postage, packaging, time and travel to P.O. Once the item is posted the parcel is in the hands of Royal Mail and they are generally very good at getting the items to their destination. Occasionally things can get delayed or lost, if this does happen I will assist in any way I can to track the package. I try to post out within 1-2 days after an order is placed, but my local P.O is closed Wednesday PM and Saturdays. If you would like postal insurance please contact me for a quote before buying.
Sometimes when buying multiple items the shipping adds up, I refund on postal overcharges of £2.00 or more.

Please note where possible I will send orders in reused packaging.

Items posted overseas will be posted airmail. This usually takes 7-14 days but sometimes can take up to as long as 3-4 weeks, especially at busy times like Christmas. If custom forms are needed these will be filled in as order value and any customs tax will be the buyer's responsibility.
