Due to Covid-19 pandemic, International delivery time frame from Malaysia to most countries will take more than 30 working days to reach. If you are buying from my shop for special occasion or event, appreciate you place your order earlier to avoid disappointment in delay of shipment. Please take note as well to provide your contact phone number for processing of package for shipment purposes. Thank you.
URGENT NOTICE TO ALL BUYERS!!
Starting from 1st April, 2019, all packages that send out from Malaysia to International location must include recipient's mobile/home/work phone number. Therefore please provide your contact phone number at "Personalized" box of add to chart section / during check out at note to seller / send me a convo, in order for your package to be processed without any delay. Thanks.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BUYERS FROM ISRAEL, BRAZIL, FRANCE AND GERMANY!!
Customer from France and Germany, please take note of delivery time frame to your country before you purchase from my shop. Below are the estimated delivery time frame to your country :
a) FRANCE : it will take up to more than 28 working days for your parcel to reach you from the day I posted the parcel over the counter at Malaysia. The working days here only for weekdays of Mon to Fri, Sat and Sun do not count as working day. It might take longer than 31 working days, if you are located at more rural area of France.
b) GERMANY : due to Germany's Custom restriction, all parcel sent to Germany will be held by Germany's Custom for checking and clearance. Thus, it will prolong the delivery time took for the parcel to reach you. It may takes up to more than 28 working days for the parcel to reach you from the day I posted the parcel over the counter at Malaysia. The working days here only for weekdays of Mon to Fri, Sat and Sun do not count as working day. Please take note as well for the custom duty that you might need to be paid before you can redeem your parcel from custom. IF YOU ARE NOT READY TO PAY CUSTOM FEES, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MY SHOP.
c) BRAZIL: Shipping to Brazil has taken longer and longer time to reach even though the package is sent by air mail. It takes from 4 weeks to more than 7 weeks to arrive now. If you are from Brazil, please consider and take note of the shipping time frame before you purchase from my shop.
d) ISRAEL : Very sorry to say that due to our Government Policy, we can not do any mailing to Israel. My apologies to all Israel buyers on this matter.
I ship to local and international locations by Pos Laju or International Flexipack with tracking number. For more information on shipping details and delivery time frame, please refer shop's policies.
