Payment
I prefer all payments to be through PayPal. Even if you don't have a PayPal account, you will still be able to make a purchase with a credit card through PayPal. You can click on the paypal icon at the checkout and then choose your credit card preference and follow the prompts. Please let me know if you experience any trouble and I can walk you through it.

I accept checks and money orders and will ship your item as soon as payment has cleared.

Please submit payment immediately upon completing checkout. I will wait for 3 days and after 3 days of no deposit in my account I will cancel the sale and relist the item again.
Shipping
All jewelry comes wrapped in tissue paper, in a gift box with a Little Tesoro label and tied with ribbon. If you are sending an item as a gift, please let me know and I will include a complimentary note card.

I will ship your package within 2 business days of payment via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. After your purchase you'll receive notice when I have shipped your jewelry, including the Delivery Confirmation number. Priority Mail shipping or FedEx shipping is available for an additional cost. Just let me know if you need expedited shipping.

International Shipping will be via First Class International Shipping. Please note that I am not responsible for any customs fees for International shipping.

There is no additional shipping charges for multiple items purchased.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will refund your full purchase price, less shipping, if the item is returned in it's original condition within 7 days of purchase.
If there is a problem with your jewelry, I will try my best to fix it or refund your money. I want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
