Accepted payment methods

Payment can be made via Western Union Money Orders and Major Credit Cards through Paypal. For Australian Customers, bank transfers are also an available payment method. Should you be in Melbourne, cash upon pick up is also acceptable.

Please be aware that should you choose to pay via Money Order, Little Waltz does not accept responsibility if your money order is lost in the mail. Also, please be advised that Little Waltz does not accept payment in the form of cash through mail. Should you send such form of payment, it is at your own risk.
All items are packaged individually and shipped out in padded envelopes via Auspost (Registered mail, ECI/EMS, or Airmail) to ensure that they reach their destination in top condition. Depending on choice of shipping method, shipping can take between 3 to 10 working days. Should you not receive a parcel from us in 2 weeks time from delivery notification, please contact us immediately.

Shipping is calculated based on the customer location and the weight of the package. Little Waltz will not send out multiple orders separately; this is to help maintain a low shipping fee. Little Waltz does offer insurance on parcels at an extra cost. Please be aware that Little Waltz will not accept responsibility of lost parcels in the mail should you opt for no insurance. However, in such a situation, Little Waltz will work out the best possible solution for both you, the customer, and us at Little Waltz.

Little Waltz will not ship if payment is not completed, unless there is a prior agreement between you, the customer, and Little Waltz. Otherwise, all in-stock items will be shipped out upon confirmation of payment. All custom orders and commissions will be shipped out upon completion. As soon as your order is shipped out, you will receive a notification e-mail from Little Waltz. Please allow a turnaround time of 3-4 days to process your order prior to shipping.

Should there be any change in your order or a cancellation, please contact us immediately at petite.valse [!at] After an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom Orders for jewellery and accessories are made via etsy conversation or through email to petite.valse [!at] Please send commission details including reference pictures if available, and we will reply to you with a quote within 24-48 hours. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required before work on any custom order begins. Depending on complexity, turnaround time for custom orders can range from 2-4 days to 1-2 weeks. Rush Orders are available at an extra cost. Please state if your order is needed urgently.

Layby Terms are available upon request. Terms vary from case to case, and we greatly encourage you to note us with regards to this matter.
