Here at Little Wren, we love nature and believe in the importance of a sustainable future.
So we try to give a little back.
That’s why we only use environmentally friendly materials to package and post our items.

✿ Packaging ✿
We spend a lot of time on our packaging, ensuring it is perfect. This includes sourcing Eco-Friendly materials such as our Recycled Kraft Card Packaging and our Cornstarch Display Bags. To designing and illustrating the pretty scenes on our packaging to give your item the perfect framing. After all why should packaging be boring and unsustainable!

We don't stop with our product packaging either, our postal packaging is all Eco-Friendly too! From our cute Kraft 98% Recycled Cardboard Boxes (Which can be recycled after use) to our Biodegradable Bubble Wrap (which is totally degradable and degrades quickly in landfill then is absorbed back into the soil with no harmful residues). We also pop a little leaflet in each parcel which is, you guessed it, made from Recycled Paper and sourced from an Eco-Friendly printer which uses Eco Inks.

We also offer a Gift Wrapping service for our Jewellery which is available at Checkout.

We love that all our Packaging is Eco-Friendly and we hope that you love buying from a business that's putting Sustainability first.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Customer service is a high priority and we will always help where possible.

Due to the personalised nature, refunds are not available on made to order/personalised items unless faulty.
Payment
- Payment is due in full at time of purchase.

- Paypal is the preferred method of payment but we do accept Direct Checkout and Etsy Gift Cards.

- Order cancellations must be within 6 hours*.
*For personalised/custom orders cancellation must be within 3 hours.
If you wish to cancel an order and you have paid by Paypal then you will be refunded the amount less £0.20 as Paypal do not refund this.

Please note for any custom orders discussed work on the order will not commence until payment for the order has been received.
Shipping
Please note the processing and estimated postage time for an item before placing an order.

If you plan to make a large order please get in touch and let us know so we can reduce the postage costs for you.

UK - Royal Mail First Class Postage is offered as Standard (Delivery aim 1 - 2 working days) but First Class Signed For is available as an additional cost upgrade.

International Orders - All international orders will be sent via Royal Mail 'International Tracked' so each parcel gets a tracking reference on dispatch.
On average, international parcels can take from 7 - 21 days to arrive.
**Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery to allow for any customs delays.
***Please note that on 'International Tracked' may only track the parcel while it is in the UK depending on the country you reside in.

International buyers are responsible for customs fees.

Please ensure that your address is correct at the time of purchase as any lost items in the post due to wrong address provided are the buyers responsibility and will not be refunded.

Lost Items-
UK: Please allow up to 15 working days before reporting a lost item (up to 80 days)
International: Please allow up to 25 working days before reporting a lost item (up to 6 months)

Sending a Gift

If you would like to send an item as a gift that's no problem. We can send it directly to your chosen address with no receipt included (International Orders must be marked with the cost on a CN22 label by law)

Invoices

Please note we don't include Printed Invoices (unless specifically requested) in any of our parcels we send out
