1 out of 5 starsHorrible quality very upset do not purchase it’s super grainy looking at this rate you can just go on google and get your image from there . I purchased this because it supposed to be a way better quality image and it IS NOT

These floral designs are bestsellers in our shop and have never received a single quality complaint until now. We use these very same files to print shirts in our other shop via heat transfer paper, sublimation and DTG printing with zero issues - ever. These are large files. It is extremely important to check software compatibility with file types and ensure your software has it's most current updates. It is also important that you possess the knowledge to size appropriately for the medium you choose to print on. If ever a customer has an issue with any of our files, I recommend contacting us first as we may be able to assist in troubleshooting the issue, and have previously done so. We have been in small business for over 9 years with a 5 star reputation. Customer satisfaction has and always will be our top priority.

1 out of 5 starsThe items shows as a light peach color but the image sent was rusty brown asked for weeks for Refund or change the color and they just told me that it’s my computer and refused to acknowledge the difference in color wouldn’t buy another design from them

The design is not peach. It never has been. No where posted is it peach, in photos or description. It's a bestseller in both our design shop and our baby clothing shop and not once has anyone referred to it as peach. It is in the rusty orange family, which is what everyone loves about it. There are no refunds on digital designs because you cannot return them. You have them always to do what you please with them. My work is all over the place, as well as my 5 star reputation. I referenced the variations in computer screen colors because it's very relevant. It will also vary slightly in color depending which medium you choose to apply it to.
