As seen on TV, featured in hundreds of blogs, and sold in small boutiques throughout the country, our baby one piece bodysuit outfits, & toddler t-shirts make dressing a boy just as fun as dressing a girl. We are home of the original "Glitter is my signature color®", a Liv & Co.™ registered trademark. We are also the originator of the "I hooked Daddy's heart", "If you think I'm a stud you should see my Uncle", "I got these guns from my Daddy" baby bodysuits and toddler t-shirts, and have solely designed all of our products, making us a very unique, handmade shop. **We are excited to announce that we are now offering small business services. In addition to our unique baby clothing designs, we have now added the mockups we design for our product photography, to our shop for other small shops to purchase. We fell into designing mockups by accident, really. It was so difficult to find unique backdrops and mockups to display our unique apparel designs on, so we started designing them exclusively for our shop. After 2 years, several hundreds of messages, and doing it as a side gig, we finally decided to add them to our Etsy shop! Now you can make your product listings and social media accounts stand out with our one of a kind baby one piece mockups and adult t shirt mockups.
We currently use Gerber® Onesies®, Carter bodysuits, & Rabbit Skins brand for our baby and toddler shirts. If you are unsure of sizing- please check our size charts below or order according to what size your child is in in that particular brand. We do not exchange/ refund for ordering the wrong size.
Long sleeve option has now been added to all of our baby bodysuit listings. We do not offer long sleeve toddler t shirts.
Please note that colors may vary slightly due to different computer monitors and cell phone screens. If you need clarification on a specific product please message us prior to ordering. We do not refund purchases in the event that you may not understand what color an item was. We take very clear, professional photos to give you the best and most accurate representation of our products. After that, you may also note our feedback which is 5 stars & also know we have processed over 16,000 orders since the start of our business just 5 years ago. We have an unrivaled reputation and take it very seriously. By purchasing from our shop you are agreeing to our shop policies and listing descriptions. Before returning to our shop to leave feedback, please ensure that you have read through our Policies & FAQ & that you've attempted to contact us to resolve the issue.
FAQ (frequently asked questions):
*I sent Liv & Co.™ a convo / message and have not received a response.
Answer: We reserve 2-3 business days for a response. We would love to guarantee a response sooner, however, that isn't always possible. Most inquiries are responded to within 24-48 hours unless we are heavily backed up, out of town, etc. Prior to messaging us regarding shipping time frames, please refer to the listing you are interested in and the shipping tab. Our turnaround time is stated in each listing as well as our 'bump to the front of the line' option. You may also upgrade your shipping at checkout.
*How Do I wash my item?
Answer:
For Shirts:
Our recommendation is as follows: Wash on gentle cycle, inside out, with a mild detergent. Remove from the washer immediately. Tumble dry / low heat. DO NOT USE FABRIC SOFTENER- liquid or otherwise. We do not recommend bleaching your item. Our whole family, all of our children, and several thousands of customers worldwide wear Liv & Co.™ garments and have items from 2-3 years ago that are still being worn.
For Leg Warmers:
If you must wash, hand wash in warm water with a mild detergent and hang to dry.
For Blankets:
Hand wash in warm water with a mild detergent and hang to dry or machine wash on cold with like color and tumble dry on low heat.
*I checked out and accidentally put the wrong address.
Liv & Co. ships to the address the seller provides to Etsy! If you wish to change the address, please leave it in the notes to seller section. If the package has already shipped, we suggest updating a forwarding mail address with the Post Office before it gets sent back to us. If your package is sent back to us, we will ship the package once we receive it & re-shipping is paid for. We are not responsible to reship any packages that ship to the wrong address, & will not issue any refunds due to packages being shipped to the wrong address. Please message us with any questions.
*I forgot to list my personalization for my item at checkout.
Answer: If you do not include your personlization specifications WITH YOUR ORDER (not in a separate message to us as they do not cross reference each other) this could cause delay of your order or could possibly cause your order to come as the generic version. Please read each listing carefully and follow instructions. We haven't had an order to date that we have not caught & fixed a personalization issue when a customer has forgot to enter it at checkout, but it CAN happen.
*Will Liv & Co.™ issue me a new product if mine was damaged by the Post Office.
Answer: NO. Liv & Co.™ is responsible for our own products & services as should each individual business be accountable for theirs. We are responsible for your lovely item until it leaves our hands. After that, we cannot be held responsible for another business' error. Please contact your local Post Office if your item was damaged in transit. We cannot speak on behalf of the Post Office, however, if you want to ensure a refund if your item is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit you may consider upgrading to Priority Shipping which will provide you with insurance on your package at checkout.
*What is Liv & Co.™ 's current turnaround time?
Answer: Current stated turnaround time on most of our item's is 3-5 business days unless you've purchased "BUMP ME TO THE FRONT OF THE LINE"

-For First Class Mail: First Class takes anywhere from 2-8 business days (though we've never seen it take longer than 5 unless it is a holiday). To offer our customers the best deal, this is the most economical way to ship. It DOES NOT INCLUDE insurance (We've not had a lost package to date). If this time frame won't cut it for you & you would like tracking, expedited shipping service & $50 of insurance you may upgrade to Priority Shipping to ensure it gets to you in 2-3 business days at checkout.
-For International orders: Your order can take anywhere from 6-21 days for all International orders. You purchase First Class shipping with any standard Liv & Co.™ order. If you wish to have your item(s) faster than that and would like to upgrade shipping, please contact us.
*What color will my bodysuit and / or t shirt be?
Answer: All Liv & Co.™ baby bodysuits & t shirts will come on white unless there is another choice preference in a drop down menu at checkout. If you do not see this option it is because there isn't one. Your design will come on white.
*Does Liv & Co.™ wholesale?
Answer: Yes, Liv & Co.™ does offer wholesale to brick & mortar boutiques. NOT to other online sellers & will be stated within a contract. Wholesale orders are taken with a minimum of 10 garments purchased at one time. Contact LivAndCompany@ gmail.com for wholesale inquiries only. Please do not convo here on Etsy for wholesale orders. It clogs our messages.
*I am a blogger & I want to feature a Liv & Co.™ product. Am I allowed to do that?
Answer: Certainly! We LOVE features & greatly appreciate them. When featuring Liv & Co.™ we do require that you leave links back to our WEBSITE, not either Etsy shop or any other selling platform shop. Our website is www.LivAndCo.com & we encourage you to look there for items you would like to feature.
*Am I allowed to use a Liv & Co. design or slogan in my shop?
Answer: NO. Absolutely, 100% NO- you are not allowed to use a Liv & Co.™ design for resale in your own shop unless you have purchased an SVG file from us with an extended commercial license or you have purchased one of our mockups. Please understand that all designs in our shop & on our website are © Liv & Co.™ & select slogans are also trademarked. By replicating, redistributing, reselling, or using any of our photos or designs is not only ethically wrong- it is ILLEGAL. Originality is appreciated in today's society so please be original and come up with your own designs just as we have.

3 out of 5 starsColors didn’t look the same as picture. Took a long time to ship. I had to contact the seller to see when it was going to be shipped. She shipped it out asap after contacting her.

Hi Brooke, thank you for your review. The color is to match the photo pictured with "Palmer", as that is the real life color of the lavender you purchased. Had I known there was any dissatisfaction with the color, I would've happily replaced it for you, for future reference. We do have a slightly longer turnaround time now and have adjusted our listings turnaround times to reflect that. I do hope you come back to shop Liv & Co. in the future.

1 out of 5 starsI can't speak to the quality of the St. Patrick's Day onesie because it has NEVER ARRIVED!!! I bought it Feb. 4. It was supposed to be delivered by Feb. 23 - and it still hasn't arrived!! Liv And Company hasn't responded to any of my inquiries. Very frustrating! Will never use this vendor again.

1 out of 5 starsI had issues contacting the seller on Etsy after many attempts and had to find her via Instagram to message her. The onesie has a hard square ironed on logo of the shop with sharp edges. Newborn skin is very sensitive so I am surprised an outfit designed for a baby to go home has this on it. It feels like a hard piece of plastic ironed on to the onesies. Unfortunately, I don’t have a timeline to ship back and have her remove the iron on decal so I am going to attempt to remove it myself. Or I’ll have to cut it out altogether… not the quality I’d expect for spending $60 on two onesies.

We did not receive any other messages other than those received on social media, and responded promptly to those. We've been in business 9 years and can't recall ever having a complaint on tagging our products, however, we did offer to have the outfits sent back to us to remove the tags and also gave instructions for how to remove them if the customer wanted to do it to save time. We even sent this customer a video of one of the bodysuits they ordered that was posted to our social media accounts, where the tag was very present in. The cost of the bodysuits included shipping. I wouldn't have ever considered this a one star review transaction - ever, and certainly not if a seller was willing to fix my issues. In light of this, we've began tagging the outside back of the bodysuits instead. We do appreciate your business

1 out of 5 starsDo not order! My order was placed a month ago. This seller pushed my shipping back “due to her purple fabric being delayed”. However, I did not even order purple I ordered blue. When I asked for an updated shipping date on my item, she stopped responding to my messages!
