Dom insists the idea for the incense holders came to her as she woke up one day, and the rest is history.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

Please if you have any problems with your order.
We are happy to replace or refund any lost or damaged item, just send us a message and we will do our best to make sure you get your purchase!

For UK orders if your order doesn't arrive 2 weeks after we mark it as shipped we will issue a free replacement (or full refund if we are unable to replace it)

For international orders (particularly outside of Europe) please be patient with your respective shipping providers, we have no control of the shipping after dispatch. These parcels should only take 1 week from when we mark it as shipped to reach you, however there have been instances where it takes 2 or even 3 weeks.

You can let us know if an international order is taking longer than expected but we will not send a replacement until 2 weeks have passed since the shipment date to give the package time to turn up.

If your item is damaged just send us a message and we will make and send you a replacement for free, alternatively if we cannot give you replacement we may offer you a full refund.

There is no need to send the damaged item back to us in order to receive a replacement.
Payment
We accept cancellations within a day of an order being placed.
Shipping
Some of our items are made completely from scratch and by hand so we ask that all our buyers wait the full 12 business days processing time before asking about the status of their order when buying a made to order product.

All items will be sent out from the UK with Royal Mail.

- Royal Mail First Class signed for (untracked service) for most UK deliveries see exceptions below
- Orders under £20 are sent regular First class (also untracked)
- Orders over £50 are sent special delivery by 1pm tracked

- Royal Mail untracked International Standard for deliveries to Europe (except orders over £50 which are always sent tracked)
- Royal Mail international tracked for all other deliveries (except single brooches/prints/cards which are sent untracked international standard).

Please do not ask us for tracking information if you have not purchased tracked shipping.

If an untracked item does go missing we will still send you another for free or refund you the cost of the order.

Custom and personalised orders

Unfortunately we are currently not accepting any custom orders, the items in our shop are finished products ready to ship and therefore not customisable.

When will my order be shipped?

If you purchase a made to order product like a fridge magnet or incense holder please wait 7 full business days for your order to be shipped, if we haven't marked your item as shipped after this time feel free to ask us why there is a delay.

We often have very large volumes of orders which result in queues, we make everything from scratch by hand with just the two of us working on every aspect of our small business. We understand you want your item as soon as possible, especially since you have paid already but we please ask that you be patient with us, we're doing our absolute best to get everyone's order out in good time :)
