Broken Item / Package

In the rare circumstance that an item is delivered broken, it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact the seller within 3 days of delivery to resolve. The seller will file a claim with USPS for a refund. If the refund is granted by USPS, the seller will give a full refund to the buyer. If a refund is not granted by USPS, the seller is not required to provide a refund to the buyer. The seller is not to be held accountable for broken items.

All items are shipped via USPS. Claims for coverage included with Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, and Priority Mail Express International postage are handled by the USPS and must be filed online. Claims must be filed no later than 120 days from the shipment date.

Processing Times

We're so excited to get you your order and we ship all orders as quick as we can!

Orders are generally processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days, but occasionally may take longer (note: Saturday and Sunday are not business days!). This does not include pre-orders, so be sure to check the description of the item you purchased. If it's been less than a week since you placed your order, please give us just a couple more days to finish packing up your items. If it's been 7+ days since your order date and you still haven't received a shipping notification, please send an email.

Tracking

All orders (except stickers orders) within the US include tracking, with projected delivery of 3-5 business days of ship date.

It can take anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days for your package information to appear in the USPS system. Please allow at least 48 hours after receiving your shipping notification for the status of your package to be updated in the USPS system.

Keep in mind that USPS tracking is a guide, not an exact science. The barcode on your package’s label is scanned as it moves through various shipping facilities, but it’s not uncommon for scanners to miss the barcode, causing tracking information to be insufficiently updated. Please be patient and give your package time to arrive safely to you.
