I bought this item two months ago. I still haven't received it, and it is only marked as purchased, not shipped. I contacted the seller three times and they have not replied.

Super sad. Seller never sent my plush, then after multiple messages, told me it was "lost" and they would immediately send another out with an extra. Seller never sent anything, and ignored all my other messages, and wouldn't refund me either! Over a month later, I had to contact etsy, and open a case to get my money back! Super upset :( I was really looking forward to my figment, and that was pretty crappy.

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. I bought this as a Christmas gift, it arrived on time, and not only did i receive the plush (which is excellently made) but also 2 key chains, a sticker, and a pin!

Thank you Megan! My daughter is thrilled with her new "Cross' Critter" Panda-Corn. Thank you for the little additional critter that you sent as well, she loves it! I received the spare eyes to replace the ones that our puppy chewed off. You truly went out of your way with taking care of us as a customer! Returns and exchanges
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, Cross’ Critters will gladly offer to exchange your item for another of similar design and cost. Just contact me to discuss your options. Buyer must pay to return ship the item, but will be reimbursed for shipping when the item is delivered to me. Once the item is returned in the original condition, the exchange item will be shipped courtesy of Cross’ Critters
Cross’ Critters will be happy to issue a full or partial refund in the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your new item. Refund will not be given until original item is returned at the customer's expense.
A full refund includes ALL shipping costs including the cost of the buyer to send the item back. Items eligible for a full refund are those that are lost in the mail, damaged in transit, or items that are not as described on the website and packing slip. You may also receive a full refund if an order is canceled before it ships.
Refunds are the decision of the seller and Cross’ Critters may decide to offer a partial refund (less the cost of shipping) after evaluation of the original item.
US orders can expect their packages within 2-5 business days of the ship date.
International orders can take anywhere from 5-15 business days from the ship date to arrive. Unfortunately, tracking is not available to international orders at this time. Please allow up SIX WEEKS for delivery for international orders! Customer is responsible for all fees and duties.
US orders may upgrade to Priority Shipping with an additional fee. Please contact me via convo before making your purchase if you wish to upgrade.
