We offer a 100% money back guarantee on every purchase, minus shipping costs. All sales are final on custom wire orders, and Final Sale Items.

We accept checks, money orders, and credit cards through Paypal. Please note that orders paid by personal check will be held for shipping until payment clears.

***We have a flat-rate shipping charge of $2.95 for all domestic orders in the U.S. and Canada, which includes delivery confirmation, and $4.95 for international orders, no matter how many items you purchase!
***Please contact us for a quote if you would like insurance added to your package, and we will set you up a reserved listing with the appropriate charges added.
***We will be happy to drop-ship items for you upon request. Just leave us a convo with the shipping address, or add it to "notes to seller" at checkout! We'll take care of the rest!

We will be happy to do any custom orders for bridal gifts, weddings, special birthdays or occasions, etc. If you see something you like on our site, but want a different color or type of stone, just convo us to see what we can do. Please feel free to contact us anytime!
Custom orders require a minimum deposit of 50% to cover materials and supplies to make the order. Balance is due prior to shipping of final product. We will happily provide photos for your approval upon request. As such, there are NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES on custom orders.
