I'm so sorry for your negative experience. This is the first time I've heard a response like this in 6 years of business, so I suspect something happened in shipment. I did offer to replace with a different spray or to refund, but both were refused. I appreciate all my customers and want everyone to leave each transaction happy with their purchase and interactions.
