Returns and exchanges
In the event of a faulty product, please contact me immediately about your intention to return the item. If you believe your garment is faulty, I will only accept the return within 7 days of you having received the item.

The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and have all labels attached.
Payment
I will not ship until I have had confirmation of a successful transaction.

If you have a problem with paying please let me know asap.
Shipping
Ships orders from Australia. Items are shipped worldwide.

Australia post recommends an expected 6 - 14 business days for international postage ( i will inform you if different expected time). I have found that some items are delivered within the same week and others are two weeks.

I post ready-made items next working day wherever possible or within 4 Business days after payment received, and will try let you know when they are shipped.

Custom orders are, made to order. This will be clearly marked in the listing, and I will inform you of an estimated shipping time.
If you need something in a hurry ( a special gift), please let me know and l will do everything I can to help.
