-Please allow one to two weeks for processing time on all orders.
-Customers located outside of the United States: shipping charges are set to automatically calculate for the largest possible print size, so they may not accurately reflect the price of shipping smaller (or multiple) prints/paintings. Unfortunately, this can make the calculated shipping price look very high, even if it's possible for me to make it lower (for example: by packing multiple items together). If the actual cost of shipping ends up being less than what you pay during checkout, I will always refund you any shipping overages. Feel free to message me for further clarification.
-Please note that the customer is responsible for additional reshipping costs if the package/envelope is returned due to an incorrect shipping address.
