My collection is completely handmade by me, several of my designs are entirely made from scratch, that means soldering, hammering and polishing pendants and charms, like most of the Infinity collection and Karma bracelets and necklaces. Lizix26 has grown over the years, always bringing beautiful and unique designs. I love to work with all kind of materials and natural gemstones.
I work long long hours in my studio here in Miami, and sometimes is difficult to disconnect and try to have a normal life, but I'm always grateful to Etsy for the wonderful opportunity of being able to do what I love from the tranquility of my home!

- Custom or personalized orders
The item must be returned in it's original condition and unused. I will exchange/refund the merchandise once it is returned to me. The customer is responsible for returning shipping. I also reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange for any reason.
No returns are accepted for any other reason than manufacturing or materials defect.
I'm not responsible for lost orders while en route and in the care of the USPS. Insurance is available and recommended.
PLEASE NOTE: I use delivery confirmation on all US packages. If it scans as delivered, I do not provide refunds. Once it leaves my hands at the Post Office with the delivery confirmation label on it, I am not responsible for the item or items.

All items will be shipped First Class mail (delivery confirmation included for US customers) in a bubble mailer for protection.
International. Any customs duties, taxes, fees, etc that are charged upon delivery are your responsibility and are not reflected in my shipping charges. All international orders are shipped via USPS first class international. Please allow up to 30 days from shipping date to receive your order, customs will sometimes hang on to orders causing delays. For some countries delivery confirmation is not available for first class international shipping, in those cases I only can provide the customs form number.
I can not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit, insurance is available for an extra fee upon request and is recommended.

The stones we use are natural gemstones and are subject to some natural flaws and inclusions, please note that these are not considered "sub par", just unique and beautiful, the way nature made them.

We offer a variety of materials, sterling silver, gold filled and fine plating. All jewelry must be wear trying to avoid oils, creams, perfumes, and any kind of chemicals in order to ensure the durability and shine of your jewelry, specially the plated ones.
Wholesale availability
Yes, we offer wholesale in most of our jewelry. Depending on quantity we offer 15% to 50% percent off. Please contact us if you need more information of large quantities.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All our jewelry comes individually packaged in beautiful boxes ribbon wrapped and with a lovely business card from our shop. We never include a receipt or invoice in order to save paper to help the environment.

Each piece of jewelry has a detailed description about length, measurements, extenders etc.
