5 out of 5 starsLovely lightweight geometric style necklace which was well packaged and delivered very promptly. I feel that the description of the colour as 'lilac' was a little misleading as it is a much deeper purple/plum tone. Luckily this is one of my favourite colours so it will match lots of things, but definitely not lilac as described.

5 out of 5 starsBeautifully made with anodized aluminium tie pin, cufflinks and matching ear rings for our 10th wedding anniversary.
The dye to colour the surface of aluminium is beautiful.
A great present for any event! -

3. Cleaning the metal to show the pattern printed

5. The finished pieces!!
Unique Hand Dyed & Crafted Jewellery
I learnt the process of dying aluminium when studying for my degree. I found it such an exciting material to work with, which gives bright and vibrant colours and so much versatility.
I have continued to develop the process and started to include this material in the jewellery that I make. I began using patterns from African Kangas (sarongs) and now get inspiration for patterns from all sorts of places.
I dye all the metal by hand in small batches which gives each piece a unique design and finish. I also cut each piece by hand which adds to the individuality of the pieces. No two items are completely alike and only a small number of each design are available.
