I currently only accept paypal. You do not need a paypal account to use paypal, however. That's a plus! :)

I expect full payment at time of purchase, unless other arrangements have been made with me.

I WILL NOT accept purchase cancellations unless I am contacted BEFORE item ships. So, please be certain of your decision to purchase before doing so.
Shipping
All items shipped via USPS first class mail. If you would like delivery confirmation, insurance or a quicker form of shipment, you must let me know prior to purchasing via convo or email.

Please note that the only type of shipping that guarantees a date of receipt is Express mail. If you need this service, please contact me BEFORE purchasing.

If you need international shipping, please contact me before purchasing to work out the details.
Refunds and Exchanges
I offer no returns and no refunds for lost or damaged merchandise. However, if you are truly unhappy with your purchase, please contact me about it and we can discuss it and work something out. You may be asked to return the item to me at your cost. My original shipping charges to you will NOT be refunded.

I like to do custom orders. However, I am especially busy in my shop during the holiday season. At some point during that time, I often stop taking those types of orders. For this reason, shop early!
