All items are shipped first class unless specified otherwise. If you're short on time, priority is available at an extra cost, please convo me for details. I personally take all packages to the post office, once I hand them off I am no longer responsible for your item. I will send you a confirmation number so that you can track the progress of your package, from my hand off to your door!

Ready to ship items - will be sent next postal business day, however, I will do my best to send your item(s) the day you order if time allows.

All items are sent to the address associated with your PP address unless you request otherwise.
Refunds and Exchanges
I personally make each item. I always keep in mind that if it's not good enough for my children, it's not good enough for yours!

I stand behind my work, so if you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact me directly and I will do my best to remedy the situation in a way that benefits everyone.
Additional policies and FAQs
I cannot be responsible for color variances in my items. They appear true to form on my monitor but I don't know how they will appear on yours. Also keep in mind that lot numbers in each skein of yarn can have a slight variation....I always create each item using the same yarn and lot number but if multiple items are ordered I may not have enough to match each item seperately. If that's the case, I will do my best to ensure that they match as much as possible to the naked eye.

To maintain the integrity of your purchase, I do recommend that you hand wash and lay your item flat to dry. This also ensures that your eyes and ears don't end up looking askew once they've been run through the dryer :) Tutu's will become tangled in the washer or dryer, it's the nature of tulle. The safest way to straighten out your tutu is hang in the bathroom while showering and then "combing" with your fingers. If you must wash, I recommend spot cleaning or agitating by hand in a sink of water and hang to dry.
