jewellery for the beach & beyond

Lizzie Rose Jewellery is youthful & stylish, inspired by the beaches & lifestyle of my home, the Algarve in Southern Portugal.

I specialise in simple beaded chokers, anklets & bracelets which are perfect for the beach way of life as they are completely waterproof & dry quickly.

At Lizzie Rose, I pride myself on making all my jewellery to order so that your piece is nice and new. The turnaround time from receiving an order to mailing out can be as quick as a few hours and definitely by the next working day unless otherwise stated.

Postage costs at Lizzie Rose are very reasonable and items are gift wrapped in hand crafted packaging made by myself, and then secured in a padded brown envelope which is fully recyclable, an important factor for me.

If there should be a problem with your order, my customer service is excellent as I aim to make every customer's experience a good one.

Here's the small print relating to your purchase.

Payment
If you have a coupon code for my shop, please don't forget to enter it in the coupon section before purchasing your item/s. I'm afraid I can't give you the offer after you have clicked to buy!
Shipping
Once payment has been received, your order will be mailed out within one to three days.

All orders are gift wrapped in a handcrafted paper gift bag. This will then be put into a bubble wrap envelope for mailing.

I use Correios de Portugal (CTT) regular mail within Portugal & overseas. You should receive your order within 7 working days although this can take longer depending on holidays and other postal delays which I can't control. Please note my refund policy below if your item is taking it's time!

All orders will be shipped to your address specified on Etsy, unless otherwise informed by you at the time of ordering. Unfortunately, items shipped to the wrong address can not be refunded. Insurance is not available.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will be happy to exchange an item or offer a refund as long as the item is safely returned to me. Return postage costs are paid by the buyer & items lost in the mail back to me are the buyer's responsibility.

If your piece of jewellery breaks within two months of purchase, I will happily replace it as long as you send me a photo of the broken item and I will resend a replacement item to you or refund the full amount of the item (but not the postage costs).

For orders that are taking a long time to arrive, I would ask that you wait a period of four weeks after mailing, to allow for items that are just taking a long time, before any action is taken. After this time, I will assume the item has got lost and make a full refund to you or replace the item.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please note: Items made from some of my seed beads can vary due to the uneven sizes of the beads, which makes matching to an exact length slightly difficult!

To make it easy for my customers, I list these items' length as somewhere between the two measurements shown . If you would like an EXACT measurement, however, please convo me.
