I cannot replace items lost in transit. This very rarely occurs but when it does it is totally out of my hands. If you want to be certain on the whereabouts of your order please contact me for trackable postage costs.
Damaged items will be replaced only when item is damaged as a result of insufficient packaging. Items forcefully bent by unruly postmen cannot be replaced.
I ship everything via standard air mail (or first class mail in the UK). This is not trackable. If you wish to track your item please send me a message with your order to arrange for purchase of trackable delivery.
