Ordering:
I do my best to keep all my listings current. If you see something in my sold listings that you would like, let me know and I will try to get it back in stock but bear in mind that I may not be able to make an exact copy.

Payment
I accept Paypal. No cheques or money orders, sorry. If you have a valid credit or debit card, you can use Paypal to pay even if you do not have a Paypal account.

You must pay for your order within 5 days of ordering. If payment is not received, your order will be cancelled and the item(s) relisted.
Shipping
I ship everyday when possible. I use Royal Mail 1st Class Postage. International customers are responsible for any customs charges that they may incur. If for some reason you are overcharged for postage, I will refund you.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you find the items you receive are NOT as described, I will issue a refund. I package items very well, so I am not responsible for damage or loss during transport via Royal Mail and I always obtain proof of postage. If you would like to purchase insurance, contact me prior to payment and I will send you a revised invoice with insurance added. The customer is responsible for any return postage and the item must be returned in the condition that it was sent.

I leave feedback for all transactions, unless you ask me not to do so. If you have a problem with your order, please contact me PRIOR to leaving feedback so that I can try to remedy the problem so that we can both be happy with the transaction and all feedback will be good :)
