Canadian shoppers, unfortunately Canada Post keeps increasing their shipping costs and surcharges due to the high price of fuel. To keep my head above water, the prices for my shipping have had to increase. I DO NOT hide shipping costs in the price of the item to make the prices seem lower for shipping like most companies do.
With that being said, please keep in mind the shipping costs on a high number of items (6+) may be more than what actual shipping will cost. Due to the way Etsy charges for additional items, there may be a refund of the overages once the order is complete. Please message me if you have any questions regarding this or would like a custom listing with accurate shipping costs for your order.

Custom and Personalised Orders
I do not accept returns on personalised orders, as they are unsellable.
If there is a mistake with your order please just send me a message and we can find a remedy which works for us both.
If you choose a font style and do not like how it comes to you, there will be a 50% additional charge for me to resend you the bag. I advise you to ask for an artwork proof if you think you may be unhappy. This only applies to orders of 1 or 2 bags.
Care instructions
All of the logoing and sewing that I do is structurally sound and your product is machine washable.
Makeup bags should be washed inside out and never ironed or put in the dryer.
Sweaters and garments come with a care label describing how to wash them. Wash inside out, with cold water, tumble dry low and do not iron to have your garment have the longest life.
Shipping Policies
I am shipping from Canada so parcels will be required to go through customs. This adds time to shipping, but I do my best to estimate times accurately based on what I have found to be normal in the past.
I am not responsible nor can I do anything for any delays due to customs or volumes of mail going through at the same time as your parcel.
I do my best to have everything arrive safely to you, but sometimes things do happen. Please just message me if you package goes MIA and we can figure out a solution.
Canadian customers, if you are purchasing a high number of bags, there will most likely be a refund of the overages once the order is finished, due to the way Etsy charges for shipping.

Tracking
Individual items differ whether they will come with tracking.
In Canada, 1 or 2 makeup bags or 1 or 2 toques will be sent lettermail and will not have a tracking number. 3 or more items will be send parcel mail and will have a tracking number. Apparel will be sent with tracking. Please message if you have any questions. There are shipping upgrades available at checkout if you want to add tracking to single items.
To USA, all items will be shipped with USPS from Canada and all items will come with a tracking number.
International, there will be no tracking numbers unless you use an upgrade. I will ship International Air Small Packet.
Shipping Notification
I will not send you a personal message regarding the shipping status and tracking number for your order.
Please look for Etsy emails regarding the shipping status for your order and containing the tracking number (if applicable).
You can also monitor the status of your order in your personal purchases and reviews page.
Wholesale availability
I do offer wholesale discounts, please just message me as each case is handled differently depending on location, quantity, and what the individual items entail.
Purchasing for a bridal party or larger numbers but not wholesale? Please message regarding quantity discounts. Available for 10 or more items.
Local Pickup Edmonton and Area
I do local pickup, please use code YEGPICKUP to void shipping costs.
I am centrally located near the University of Alberta and I also have pickup locations in Ardrossan or Sherwood Park.
US Free Shipping
The US Free Shipping on applicable orders will be sent First Class USPS and will not apply to faster methods for time constraints or required deadlines. A shipping upgrade will be required to be purchased if you want your order to come with a faster delivery time.
If a return to sender is processed on free shipping items, the cost of shipping will be taken out of the fee paid for the items if a refund should be processed.
Return to Sender Packages
If you have an address error and your package is returned in the mail to me, you will be responsible for paying for additional shipping charges to have the package resent EVEN IF IT WAS A FREE SHIPPING ITEM THE FIRST TIME.
The free shipping comes out of my profits, I don't have margins to resend on my own dime for your error.
