Quality of the oils is very good. The oil goes in smoothly and doesn't rest on the surface. I think that the fragrance strength for these is just right. I got unscented for my mustache area and the scented for the rest of the beard. The scent is pleasant that way without being overwhelming to my sensitive sense of smell. The snake oil was the best one for me. It reminds me of the smell of my favorite store when I was kid, so this will stay a favorite of mine for a long time. Earl Gray had just the right tones to it for a night out on the town with my wife. Barbary Coast has a nice crisp smell to it. The box and packing were also nice- the wooden box fits the bottles, all of my balms, and my brush. Often times I don't think about where to keep it all, so having this was a nice extra.

The stiff hold mustache wax is a little weak for my current bristles, but it works very well with enough applied. Once I get to the right growth, this wax will be great for a stiff hold. I also really really appreciate the availability of no-scent products! I like cooking and don't need to smell something weird with my food.

Shipping took a while but, the quality is decadent. It just melts in your hands and everything about it smells and feels good. I did get it heavily scented.. wich is offputting. The option is nice though, and a little turns into a rich conditioning salve that smells perfect, like a tea shop on the beach, all day long might I add. I also got the hand and body lotion, heavily scented as well... I recommend not doing that.

Prof. Llama's beard balm is by far the best beard product I've ever used. I tried so many oils/ butters/ balms over the past few years and none of them compete with this one. I was looking for a really soft balm to soften my beard and that's exactly what I got. My package shipped on time, and came within a week. The packaging itself was wrapped nice and safely, so nothing would be damaged. I ordered 1 tin of beard balm, and received many samples which was super nice! He threw in another full size balm, a full size oil, a lip balm, and a mini oil all for free! The sents on these products are amazing. My favorite by far is the tea early grey hot one. It smells like a nice cup of tea with fresh lemon in it, and my wife loves it too. I highly recommend prof. Llama and will continue to by all my beard products here!

Great quality and the perfect amount of scent, not overpowering yet also not underwhelming. Love the packaging and the quick turn around.
