Dear flower enthusiast, it is my pleasure to see you in my new llolla flower shop. I am very exited to list my hobby products on Etsy and share them with you in your wardrobe.

Please take a moment and read my policies, announcements, and any item descriptions prior ordering your new blossom to ensure that I provide you with the best service I can.

I will be happy to discuss your ‘dream flower come true’. We can talk about colour, size, type, number, fabric (although silk is my favourite; it wears nice and glows like a real flower). The best would be to get in contact with me and email me your gown or dress; or a picture of a natural flower. So feel free to convo me. I will do my best to answer asap.

Items are shipped from Latvia. Our post is reliable. Items will be shipped within 3-4 days of payment being received. Items that I have in stock will be shipped sooner. Shipping prices include packaging, but do not include registration or insurance. The customer is responsible for any customs fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
All flowers are described to the best of my ability. Colour perception will vary according to your computer monitor. I am not a retail shop, thus I will not normally provide refunds or exchanges. However, I will kindly discuss any unhappy matters.

If an item "breaks" under less than normal "wear and tear," please contact me immediately preferably with a picture attached (not after 3 month of the purchase). All items are firmly tailored, however they are hand made and very delicate so please treat them with utmost care and you're blossom will last you longer.

As a general rule, I will repair, replace and ship the product free of charge. However, if you have simply changed your mind, don’t like the flower, mis-understood the description, your dog has chewed it, or it is not the ‘right’ season to wear flowers that is not grounds for replacement. Once you purchase an order THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
Additional policies and FAQs
As mentioned before custom orders are welcome, they make my life more interesting; however might take longer to create (depending on the level of difficulty and the amount of flowers). I will craft the item and then put it on Etsy, reserved under your name so that you can have a good look. If you like it it’s all yours, if no I will take off the reservation and will give it another go.
