SHIPPING: All items will be packaged with care and shipped within three business days after payment is received, unless otherwise specified in the listing. Custom orders will be scheduled with the customer directly. Items are shipped via USPS First Class mail, which typically takes 3-4 business days (USA). If you need an item shipped faster, contact me so that I can send you an estimate. If you would like to request insurance or tracking on your item, please do so at time of order as additional charges will apply.

REFUNDS: If not satisfied, refunds can be issued within 30 days of receiving item, provided the item is returned in perfect condition. The customer is responsible for properly re-packaging items so as not to get damaged in transit, and for all return shipping costs.
