RETURNS:
I take great pride in my work and hope you find it completely to your liking. If, in any event, you are not satisfied, please contact me and we can try to resolve any issues. If you would like a refund, I will do so after receiving the item and deducting shipping fees. All items must be in original and sale able condition. If you would like an exchange, include new shipping charges with your return.

PAYMENT:
Paypal is my preferred method of payment. The Paypal link is located on the "Buy Now" page.
Money orders are also excepted.Your order will be shipped after the MO is received, deposited and clears. I reserve the right to cancel orders if no payment is received within 5 days, UNLESS we are in the process of communication.

I will combine shipping on multiple orders. Kindly make sure that your Paypal and Etsy addresses match, and wait for a Paypal invoice from me.

Purchases are shipped domestically through US Priority Mail, which includes delivery confirmation. If you would like expedited shipping and/or insurance, please let me know.
International orders are shipped Global Priority.
All payment is in US dollars. Other currency is not accepted.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Most items will be shippable. Unfortunately, some materials used on my dolls cannot be shipped outside of the US. (feathers, fleece, etc.) Again, feel free to let me be of help. I'm sure that I can make satisfactory substitutions that will ensure your pleasure while also meeting regulations.
