Just a few things to mention about shipping (other than what's stated on shipping in our policies disclosure) before you shop. To cover ourselves on the listed shipping cost, we have calculated the shipping cost from our location to the furthest town on the west coast. We don't make money on shipping, and we never ever charge a handling fee either.

If it says "Local Pick-Up Only" at the bottom of a description you must come here to get it. As you may know when you list something for sale an amount must be entered to proceed, so remember when you see "Local Pick-Up Only" it always over rides whatever shipping cost or procedures you may see posted.

We want happy customers. Please convo us with any questions if you are not sure about what you see. We will describe each item to the best of our ability-usually over exaggerating any flaw. And you will always get close approximate measurements of the item you are interested in.

The I Love the Beatle's Pin arrived yesterday. Thank you for your not giving some background about the pin. The pin will be a Christmas gift for my daughter who have been a Beatle's fan and collector since she was 9 years old - she's in her 30's now. She was one of the coordinators who put together BeatleFair here a month ago. It was a great success. She will love it and I will give her your note also. Have a Happy Thanksgiving

Thank you for visiting our shop. We love to collect anything antique, vintage and/or unusual. Our Shop will offer a bit of everything that we have run across during our time of collecting. There will be all sorts of antique & vintage items and everyday necessity items as well. We will be adding different things on a daily basis so please come back and check out our store often for the best bargains on quality merchandise.

We've listed a few shop policies regarding payment and shipping, it is always best to read these before making a purchase as it sometimes prevents a problem later on.

Payment
Pay-Pal is the only form of payment we accept. It is a very secure way to make payment on a purchased item. We do not accept E-Checks, Personal Checks or Credit Cards at this time. Pay Pal Instant Transfer is preferred but your payment must be made within 48 hours immediately after a purchase. If for any reason you cannot make payment within 48 hours, contact us in advance of purchasing an item, and we will do our best to work with you. You do not have to join PayPal to pay with a credit card, it's a very secure way to complete the payment process. International customers MUST ALSO USE PAYPAL as the sole method of payment, and in U.S. DOLLARS ONLY.

Shipping
All items shipped will be sent only to the buyers confirmed Pay Pal address. Be sure to confirm your address before purchasing so it is up to date !
All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days unless unforeseen circumstances dictate a change, in which case we will communicate with you so you are informed as to what is going on. All orders are shipped via USPS. Please note that we use the calculated weight as our shipping method or a flat rate box if it is cheaper by weight to your location. We do not add any extra cost for packaging or handling. The cost of shipping is not inflated. You pay only for normal postal fees and any insurance, if applicable.
If you need special arrangements, please contact us before checking out.
We offer local pick-up at no charge.
We will ship to Canada, Western European destinations, and all of the United States. Exceptions for other locations can be made if possible. In this case, please contact us before purchasing any items for confirmation.
Buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, fees, or other related costs.
All payments are to be made through Pay Pal in U.S. Dollars! No exceptions, please!
* Please note that we will not ship to PO Boxes.
We always get a receipt from the post office to prove that we shipped your item. If you wish to have delivery confirmation or insurance, please let us know prior to purchasing the item and we will add it at your expense. If you choose not to add these options, shipping is not guaranteed by us to arrive to you.
Refunds and Exchanges
Our customer’s satisfaction is our very most first priority. We understand clearly that if our customers are not happy with their purchase experience, the chance of them re-visiting our store for continued future purchases is unlikely. Please keep in mind that all the items we sell are pre-owned. Because we do not know the actual care each item has received prior to us owning it, we do not offer any type of return or exchange policy. If we agree to accept a return we do not reimburse shipping costs. If for some reason a return is granted, we must first be notified within 3 days of the shipment arriving to the buyer. Said item must be in the same condition as it was in when it left our shop. If we feel the reason for return is a case of buyers remorse there will be no return considered. Any problem that arises will be handled on an individual basis.
We guarantee every item to leave our shop in the same condition as it was described, and packed with proper care for shipping. All insured items with damages or loss, must go through post office channels and is the responsibility of the buyer to hold the damaged item for the carrier’s inspection, if necessary.
Additional policies and FAQs
We take a very high level of pride in our very "positive" feedback percentage and we continually work hard to maintain that good reputation. Our desire as a seller is to always have happy and satisfied customers. We always package the delicate, fragile items very carefully, extra packing and boxes if necessary, and we do not charge for any packing materials. We can usually ship within 72 hours (except on weekends or holidays) of cleared payment and we will always leave feedback. We truly treat our customers as we would like to be treated and go above and beyond to assure their satisfaction.
Please leave us "positive" feedback when you have received your item so we know it’s arrived safely. If you feel you cannot leave us a "positive" rating all around, or if there should be any kind of problem, please give us the opportunity to work out a solution before leaving any negative or neutral feedback. We describe our listings with as much detail as possible and we provide picture(s) in addition, so as for the "item being as described", we feel we provide a "positive" job!
As for "communication", we can usually reply to messages in less than a day and normally in under 12 hours, so a "positive" rating is justified. Since we ship within three to five business days of the cleared payment, there is no reason for less than a "positive" rating for "shipping time"! Again, if there is any addition to the calculated “shipping cost”, it comes only if an item is insured, then that cost is reflected in the handling charge. As we don't include costs for the packing materials, a "positive" rating is only fair for the "cost of shipping"! We have no control over the postal prices for shipping weight or any variables in cost due to distance or package size!
