lolaandclementine's Shop Policies
Hi! Thanks for visiting. I'm Barb. I love designing and creating clothing and accessories for children. I currently use cotton/cotton blends, and organic cottons. I also occasionally create upcycled clothing. My core beliefs regarding my Shop are:
1) You should not have to worry that the clothing you buy for your kids was made by other kids. I make each and every piece of clothing I sell.
2) Children's clothing should be well made. All my seams are serged, and top stitching and/or coverstitching is utilized where appropriate.
3) Kids are special, and they like to feel that way:). My clothing is made in small quantities; I very rarely make more than 20 of any particular piece of clothing. The only current exception to this is solid color leggings, and in the future, perhaps diapers. I don't currently make diapers, but have been thinking about it a lot.
I currently accept Paypal, money orders and personal checks. Checks will need to clear before items can be sent. If you would like to pay via check or money order, please contact me for my mailing address.
I ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
I usually ship via USPS Priority mail. However, if you are within about 3 states from me, many times Fed Ex Ground is cheaper AND faster-so I may ship that way at times as well.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it. They need to be returned in the same condition as they were sent, and within 1 week. You will need to pay for shipping to return it to me. Two exceptions: I cannot accept items that have been personalized (name), and I cannot accept Holiday items after the Holiday. For example: If a person purchases a Christmas themed dress, I cannot accept it after 12/25.
Thank you for your understanding.
