How long does it take to receive my order?

Our current processing time to print and ship your mug is 3-6 business days, not including the day it was ordered, weekends, and holidays. Depending on our order log & the season, orders may also ship earlier than estimated. YAY!

* Please note, expedited shipping does NOT mean that your order will be processed sooner. It only pertains to the shipping time/method being faster.

Shipping times may vary and for First Class Mail it ranges from 3-5 business days and 2-4 business days for Priority Mail.

*Nationwide delays occur during the holidays or busy wedding seasons. Due to widespread COVID issues over the years, shipping carriers' ship times may be delayed.

Custom and personalized orders

We ask that you be specific as possible in leaving us your personalization details including names, dates, doctorate details for graduates, etc. Please understand that not all fonts have special characters, so some personalizations may not be possible.

All designs on the mugs are permanently sublimated meaning that the design cannot be rubbed off, edited, or changed in any way. We DO NOT use peel and stick, markers, or vinyl. That means they'll last so long as they're cared for.

What if my mug arrives broken?

Sometimes, packages are delivered and the items inside may arrive broken. So disappointing, but sometimes things happen out of our control. We will gladly replace a broken item and have a new one sent asap! Just provide us photos and we'll take care of the rest!

Address Changes & Returns

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If the address on your Etsy account is incorrect, please update it.

If you find the shipping address is wrong after your order is placed, please contact us ASAP.

If the postal carriers cannot deliver your package due to it being undeliverable or the address is wrong or cannot be found, we are not responsible. The only address we use is the address given to us by the buyer.

If a package is returned to us, we can reship them for a reshipment fee to the correct address.

*If a package has been marked as "delivered" when scanned by a postal carrier, we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages.

Custom and personalized orders

ALL items are considered custom printed since they are all made to order. We cannot accept returns unless they are broken or damaged (which we will replace)

We always do our part to make sure your order is made and shipped in a timely manner. We are not responsible for late orders due to mail carriers' unforeseen delays. Especially during the Christmas Season. Etsy's delivery dates are estimates on their part and not guaranteed. Every shop is different in its production and shipping

We have no control over the transit and shipping delays that mail carriers face. Legally, a package is their property once it has been shipped. If an order is delayed, you may request tracking updates on their website to help track and move the shipment along. Please order ahead of time and plan accordingly.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Our mugs are carefully wrapped and packaged with custom packaging and a bow, ready to gift! We never include an invoice with pricing on it.

Design/Copyright

We are all for supporting other graphic designers and artists! We do purchase the graphics and purchase the additional required rights to use them on our products according to their copyright terms.

We also create our own designs that are copyright registered and protected.

My order shows as delivered, but I don't have it

It's deeply unfortunate when items are stolen, but it does happen. Please make sure that you have a secure place for packages to be delivered and dropped off. If your neighborhood isn't safe, route your package to a safer place or workplace or a PO Box. If this all fails, the next step would be to report the package as stolen, as mail theft is a felony and both the post office and the police take it very seriously. We are not responsible for porch pirates or neighbors who steal packages.
