Returns and exchanges
We do not allow cancelations! In order to keep up with demand, we must move quickly through production. For this reason, we do not allow returns. We only allow exchanges on items you feel are defective due to production. ALL exchanges due to manufacturer error must be made within 48 hours of receiving your item. We DO NOT accept returns on any apparel. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We require photographs of any errors you feel we have made with your order. Messaging us and telling us there is an error will not be sufficient. Please contact us with any questions or concerns if you feel there is a mistake with your purchase within 48 hours of receipt. No exceptions. Tracking information and a status of "delivered" is considered "receipt" of your order. There are NO RETURNS on shirts, tanks, bags, pillow, dresses, tutus, jackets, onesie, misc items or ANY OTHER APPAREL. We will not exchange any items if you order the wrong size so please order carefully! There are NO exceptions. PLEASE order accordingly. If you are uncomfortable with this policy, please do not place an order.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items due to postal office errors. If for any reason there is a return, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

SHIPPING: we do not allow cancelations! You will receive a message when your item(s) ships! Once your order ships, please wait 24 hours for tracking to update. During the holidays, it may take up to 72 hours for tracking to update. Visit the USPS.com web site for the most up to date tracking information. We can only view the exact same information as you regarding tracking! We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages of any kind, domestic or international. If you would like to purchase insurance on your items please contact us BEFORE placing your order and we will add it to your shipping cost. If you have not received your item(s), you must contact the post office with your tracking number to file a claim so they can help you resolve the issue. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages in transit. If your tracking number shows that the post office has received your item, we have shipped it and you must contact the post office to resolve your issue. Thank you for your understanding.
