About

I am a graphic designer by trade. I was working for a newspaper and decided to start a family. Then I became a stay at home mom and started my own business so I could combine motherhood with a career. I was with a group of friends and one of them mentioned that a purse would always be an accessory that a woman must have. So I decided to design them.

My products are unique because of the quality of craftsmanship that I achieve with each design. I also have great customer service and strive to be sure that each design is unique in and of itself. The materials I use are of high quality. The technique I use of triple stitching to sew them insures that they are going to last for a lifetime. I receive great reviews on my Etsy site about how happy the clients are, specifically focusing on the quality and customer service.

Returns and exchange details
All sales are final. However, if the item has defective workmanship, it must be returned within three days in its original condition and packaging. I will then do my best to fix the problem and send the clutch back to you. If I can’t fix the problem I will then give you a refund (shipping costs are non-refundable).

Shipping
One single clutch or pouch purchased directly from the site (not a custom order) will be designed and ready to ship within 5 days.
For custom orders, please allow 2 – 8 weeks to complete and ship the order.
All shipping is via USPS First Class Mail. A tracking number will be provided to you the day that the order is shipped. The order will be shipped to the address provided by you on the invoice.
Convo me if you want to add insurance. I will not be responsible for lost packages after they leave my shop.
International. Any customs duties, taxes, fees, etc that are charged upon delivery are your responsibility and are not reflected in my shipping charges. All international orders are shipped via USPS first class international unless otherwise specified by the buyer. Please note that international packages do not ship via Paypal, so you will not receive the automated email. Your package will be hand addressed and posted by me. Please allow up to 30 days from shipping date to receive your order. Customs will sometimes hang on to orders causing delays. As delivery confirmation is not available for first class international shipping, I only can provide the customs form number. If you desire a delivery confirmation number please request so in the message to the seller "Priority Mail International" (starting at $35) as it provides that service.
Your order will be packaged in a secure mailing box. If you would like to add a personal message (if you are sending it as a gift to someone), let me know!
