Returns and exchanges
Handmade items often times have slight imperfections, and this is part of their charm. If you receive an item and are concerned or unhappy with some aspect of it, please message me immediately. No refunds or exchanges after 14 days. For a refund or exchange, I must receive the item back from you within 14 days of the purchase date, in original condition. You must notify me BEFORE you send your item back. If you have any questions, please feel free to message me anytime.

I accept PayPal & Credit Cards through Etsy. Payment is expected directly after you make your purchase
Shipping
Item is shipped wrapped in tissue paper. Shipping price includes insurance.
I will ship the item within 1-3 days after purchase. I ship through USPS First Class and depending on where the item is being shipped to, it will take between 2 to 3 working days in the US and up to 10 days everywhere else. Each package is shipped with Delivery Confirmation, except outside the USA and Canada.
If you need the package sooner than the 2 to 3 working days, please let me know so I can calculate the difference and get the item to you sooner.
