Frequently asked questions
What happens if my product is taking more time than usual to arrive?
These delays are most of the time related to one of the following reasons:
1° - The product stopped at the borders and is waiting for clearance. In these cases, the buyer is responsible to contact the respective border agents and is responsible for any extra costs.
2° - The product is lost. In these cases, we start an investigation together with couriers of Portugal that get in touch with the partners in your country and only about 60 days later we get an official response. If it is official that the package is lost we will issue e refund or send a new product.
3° - The product is just delayed due to strikes or restrictions in the destination country which promotes a greater than expected shipping time. (ex: COVID-19)
