There are no refunds or exchanges on items that have been personalized. PLEASE CHECK YOUR PROOF that I will email you VERY carefully - your approval of that proof and the fact that you send your final payment means that everything is exactly how you want it. Any item damaged or lost in transit must be taken up with that carrier and I will gladly provide you with the delivery confirmation number if you need it. Loobie Labels is not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the USPS, UPS, or any other carrier. I strongly encourage all of my customers to consider purchasing insurance on their packages. If you are interested in this, please convo me prior to purchase and I will add this to your final total.

All payment should be made via Paypal. For your convenience, I can accept credit/debit cards via PayPal. Any customized/personalized orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Because of this, I always send a final proof for your approval. It is up to you to proofread and look it over to make sure everything is laid out the way you want it and the spelling, dates, etc are correct. Once you approve this proof, there can be no returns/refunds. Large orders may take extra time so if you have a deadline, please let me know in advance. There will be a $15 rush order surcharge for orders that are placed less than 14 days before they need to be shipped. Excessive numbers of changes to an order are also subject to a design fee - $2 per change after the first 6 revisions. If you need to cancel your order, please let me know as soon as possible. If I have already started production, you will be responsible for payment of the # of items that have already been completed, as well as any supplies that have been purchased to complete your order. Once you've purchased an item, I ask that you send payment within 48 hours. If not, I reserve the right to cancel your order and leave you negative feedback as a buyer.

Most of my products ship via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. If you would like me to use another carrier, or if you need priority/overnight shipping, please let me know when you place your order. Loobie Labels is not responsible for damages incurred during shipment or the loss of your package by the shipping carrier. Please let me know when you purchase your item(s) if you would like to insure them and I will adjust the price to reflect the additional cost of insurance. If you are ordering chocolate, candles, or other potentially perishable items during warmer months, overnight or Priority shipping and special packaging materials may be necessary to ensure your product arrives safely. Additional charges will apply.

Note: If you would like your item(s) shipped outside of the U.S. please convo me before purchasing for a shipping quote and options. While I cannot guarantee that items shipped internationally will arrive in perfect condition, I will do everything in my power to ensure that they are packaged and shipped in a manner that will minimize the possibility of damage. Any additional fees/taxes as a result of international shipping are the responsiblity of the buyer.

If you have a specific date you need your item(s) by, please let me know prior to placing your order. During busy seasons (spring and Christmas mainly) I pay close attention to the orders I have accepted. If I cannot guarantee your items will be to you in time for your event, I may tell you that I am unable to fill your order. To prevent this, please place your order as soon as possible, even if it seems to be "too far in advance."

Please also remember that items that are 100% custom take a little longer than a non-custom order, and that large orders might take a little longer. Generally, it takes about 2-3 weeks to design, print, cut, and assemble a custom order. Sometimes it's less, but during busy seasons it may be longer. If you need your order sooner than 2 weeks, please convo me before placing your order to make sure I can get it to you in time. There is a $15 fee for rush orders, so make sure you allow yourself plenty of time when ordering.

While not all of my work is listed in my shop at the same time, I do have the ability to create custom templates for items up to 8x10 inches. These can be printed on regular paper, waterproof paper, cardstock, sticker paper, or magnet paper. If your project falls within these limits, feel free to convo me and request a custom item. I LOVE custom requests and the ability to jump outside of the box once in a while!
