I cannot be held responsible for items lost once they're shipped. But thankfully that doesn’t happen normally, and I hope it won’t happen to us! Still, if you never get to receive a shipped item, or if you receive a damaged good, please send me a convo so we can try to find a satisfactory solution.

Please confirm your address carefully before buying, since the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs of returned and resent packages, if due to wrong address.

Buyers are also responsible for their own country's customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees. Still, the items I sell (toys) aren’t usually charged with extra taxes.

Payment is due within 5 days of placing your order. Items will only be shipped after payment is received.
I accept Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account to use it).
I also accept a bank transfer in Euros, if you are a European customer. If you prefer this option, please contact me, and I will send you my NIB or IBAN.
All prices in Etsy are in US Dollars. In each item I include an approximate price in Euros that may vary according to the currency exchange rates.

Items will be carefully packaged and shipped ASAP after payment is received. As soon as your order is placed in the mail, I will notify you. I do not ship on weekends.

All international orders will be sent by Standard or Priority Mail. If you prefer Insured Mail please contact me, since shipping rates will vary.

Delivery time to Portugal using Standard Mail is usually 1-2 days, to the rest of Europe 5-10 days, and 7-12 days to the rest of the world. But whenever the amount implied is small I will ship your items using Priority Mail, and you won’t have to pay more than the regular shipping fees. My post office informed me that Priority and Insurance mail deliveries usually take 1 day to Portugal, 2-3 days for Europe, and up to 5 days (max.) to the rest of the world, although I cannot be held responsible for any delay.

When the shipping fee I charged is considerably more than what I end up paying in the post office (more than $1 USD), I will refund you through Paypal.

Shipping fees include postage, box or envelope, and all material used. I will use recycled material when possible, to lower both your shipping costs, and mine, and to act in a more responsible way towards the environment.

At present, I do not do wholesale. The volume of my business is too small for that, and I like it that way!

And finally, all my items are entirely handmade in a smoke free house, and made of natural (when applicable) and high-quality materials, adequate for children, but usually not for babies.
