Frequently asked questions
Do you make custom size jumprings?
Yes, but for production purposes you have to order a minimum of 8 oz to 1 lb., depending on wire gauge/size. Contact us with any questions.
Can orders be combined in one package?
Sorry, but we can't combine your orders after you check out.
Just check out with ALL items at one time. Multiple orders will be charged multiple shipping fees and will be shipped separately.
I entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
We ship to the address you entered during checkout.
If you entered the wrong address, please message us asap via the ETSY conversation system.
As a courtesy, we can usually make the address change if you let us know in time BEFORE an order ships, but we cannot guarantee it.
The best way to insure your order ships to the correct address is to enter it during checkout.
If a package is returned because you entered the wrong address or for "unknown recipient", you will have to repay shipping charges for us to re-ship it.
Do you accept credit / debit cards?
Payment is handled through ETSY's Direct Checkout. The system accepts credit cards, PayPal and ETSY Gift Cards, but orders will ship after ETSY transfers your payment to us (which is 2-3 business days later)
We have no access to your payment information, please contact ETSY support for any questions.
Returns details
~Leather/Fabric Cords are NOT returnable. We cut these to your specifications
~Items ON SALE and CUSTOM orders are not returnable
~We do not accept returns without authorization and any package returned without a return authorization number will be returned to you. Items should be whole & in their original unopened package/RESALABLE CONDITION & returned within the stated time frames above
~However, you will ONLY be refunded the value of the item and not the shipping charges paid to ship it to you. You are also responsible for the cost of mailing it back to us. Please send back with a tracking number for your protection. We are not responsible for lost returns
~We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% on all returned items
Shipping or Customs delays
We make every effort to ship our orders promptly, and get them quickly and safely to you.
Once an order is shipped we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by the Postal Service, as the package is out of our control.
These may include bad weather, customs, or any other type of delays during transit.
If your package is delayed in transit, please contact the Post Office or USPS, as they have the most up to date information on any delays.
It rarely happens, but if your package is delayed more than 30 days (within USA), or 45-60 days (International), then we can file a lost package inquiry on your behalf.
ABOUT FREE SHIPPING: Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent by the least expensive method of our choosing.
MADE to ORDER, Custom and personalized orders
MADE to ORDER, custom and personalized items are made after you place your order and are mailed out when ready! This may take up to 4 weeks plus shipping time.
If you have other "Ready to Ship" items in your cart and would like to have them shipped ahead of the "Made to Order" items, please check them out SEPARATELY, (in a separate order).
Otherwise, "Made to Order" and "Ready to Ship" items will be shipped together when the "Made to Order" items are ready.

My tracking shows delivered, but I didn't receive my package
In the occasion that this happens, please contact your local USPS with your tracking information.
We don't have any more information than you do, about where your package is. Once we ship it, it's in the hands of the USPS and we have no control over it.
We see the same tracking as you do. Most often they will have your package or be able to help you locate it.
If you still have not received your package please contact us and we can file a trace with the USPS.
We'll be glad to work with you as much as possible to help you locate your package, however, we will not replace or refund the value of items in packages that show delivered. Thank you.
About free shipping
Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent by the least expensive method of our choosing.
The ETSY system lets you pick a specific method, but this does not apply with us for orders that qualify to ship free.
If you need a specific faster service you will have to pay for it. Please contact us and we will invoice you.
