First and foremost, I believe in excellent customer service and good communication. I am willing to work with any customer on payment options, reserving items, etc. Please contact me with any questions at all.

Returns and exchange details
My policy is that I do not accept returns or issue refunds. I try to describe each item exactly as you will see it. If for some reason there is a problem with the item, please let me know immediately. I do want my customers to be pleased.
Payment
Payment is expected when you check out. It has been unfortunate that I have had to accept Paypal only. If for some reason you would like to make other arrangements, I ask that you contact me and we will work something out. I am very willing to work with my customers.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay and tariffs/taxes/duties that may be imposed when package arrives at its destination country.
Shipping
I typically ship 2 to 3 business days after order. many times sooner. I ship First Class or Priority mail with a confirmation delivery number for domestic orders (USA). All others, Canada, Europe and everywhere else in the world is shipped First Class with customs numbers but no delivery confirmation. If international customers would like Priority mail shipment, please let me know and I will price the postage for you prior to shipment.

Any order can be shipped any way you prefer. If you would like Priority or Expedited, please let me know and I will get a price on the postage.
