The shop owner sold it to me, then finally admitted she didn't have it .

Regrettably, my husband died 16 months ago and I had to sell our home and move out of state. My children assisted in the downsizing and donated 80% of my wardrobe to charity. I did not realize this item was still listed on this ETSY site. I apologized, explained the this to the buyer, and refunded her full purchase. She is fortunate not to have experienced enormous grief and apparently does not understand how confusing and complicated life can become as a result. Perhaps that is why she is so insensitive and intolerant of my mistake. I do wish her well and fortunately, I am dealing with things much better now.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you feel you have received something other than what was described, I have a "No Hassle" return policy, and will immediately issue a reimbursement upon the return of your purchase.
Merchandise MUST be received within 7 days in the same condition it was shipped, and prefer you use the same packing materials.
Should there be a problem, please contact me prior to leaving FEEDBACK, so we can satisfactorily resolve any issues.
Merchandise listed “As-Is”, “As Found”, or ON SALE is not eligible for return, so purchase accordingly.
