If it is a refund we decide on, I will refund the items price, not shipping.
I do not take items back that have been custom ordered, unless there is something wrong or defective about it. Thanks :)

As per Etsy conditions, I can not be responsible for packages sent to the wrong address if you did not provide me with the correct address.
Also, you may request insurance ahead of time if you like. I can not be held responsible for late or missing packages once i ship them and they are in the hands of the post office.
