Thank you so much for this great piece of wearable art, that I don't really dare to simply call a 'jacket'. It is very beautiful, the different yarns, textures and colors look amazing together and it feels really good to wear and keeps me snuggly warm, too. I have been wearing the jacket for the last days already and got lots of compliments (all meant for the jacket, of course, not for me ;-)). Thanks for the superfast shipping, too!

I have done business with this lady on another occasion and was entirely satisfied with my purchases. We are now rapidly approaching winter and I have been at a loss as to how to find something that is warm and conventional. The designs however do look wild but they would go with anything and fit any wardrobe. Her ponchos are the ultimate in fashionable wearable art. If you are looking for something fun and vibrant to wear while supporting an independent, then look no further. You will be pleasantly surprised. I have a lot of goodwill for this shoppe and hope to do business again. A big thank you!

I enjoy weaving, creating one of a kind pieces in noble materials that will hopefully bring joy to others as well. I also feel this ancestral technique should be preserved and projected into the future. All my items are 100% hand made by me --I spin my own yarns too (some, not all of course--otherwise my kids would never see me)--- I prefer natural fibres most of the time, but have come to appreciate the possibilites offered by newer fibre blends that add luster, sheen, and sometimes even durability. (i will always specify materials used). My garments are unique, with details, nubs, knots, even little bulges--that are imperfections... yes, imperfections. I am not a robot, and those imperfections are the product of the rustic and handspun nature of the fibers and my imagination in the weaving process...I tend to get caught up and excited...seriously.
These textiles are a treat for the senses! (except maybe taste of course)
I also crochet....which is a second or third or something love, which explains the crochet textiles in my shop...I also love-love felting--wet felting and mostly nuno.
*** I think recycling is vital--so I try to incorporate repurposed materials as much as I can.
****All my work is carried out in a smoke free/pet free environment (aka home studio).
****+All my wool rovings are dyed with low-impact fiber-reactive or natural dyes, inks, or pigments (no heavy metals or pollutants), and some of my roving and wools are woven/crocheted without the use of dyes-antural colors straight off the sheep.
*****All of my rovings and handspun wools are Fairly Traded with respect for the labor of the native mapuche indians and their environment.

Shipping
Chile is a country that is a long way from the U.S. and Europe which unfortunately makes shipping more expensive, specially since these garments weigh beeetween 400grs to 950grs. (1 to 2 pounds on average)--I use chilean certified postal shipping --which only takes 1 week and comes with a tracking number and insurance. I know it hurts to pay shipping but at least this methos is insured and fast. It would just be awfull if anything got lost or damaged after all the work and care I put into my work. So that explains the shipping. I don't charge handling costs (packing slip on box will show shipping cost in chilean pesos ~$700= 1US)so you can be assured you are being charged the right amount...I truthfully absorb between 20-50% of this cost anyway..otherwise no one would pay the real total cost involved.
If taxes and customs should apply, they are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

In chile, free shipping of course...or we can coordinate pick up.
Refunds and Exchanges
I beleive we can always work something out, and I want most of all for the customer to be happy with their purchase. You can return all items in the exact and original , unused conditions they were sent in within 5 days--you must e-amil me to let me know.
