I am glad to size pieces to fit you perfectly.

Simply take a piece of string (or flexible tape measure), wrap firmly but not tightly around your wrist, and then measure the string.

Add .5" if you like a more snug fit, add 1" for a looser fit; the total is your size!

NOTE: Do not measure an existing piece with a straight ruler!

Measuring the length of a bracelet will NOT give you the correct length, as bead size skews the length and you will not get a proper fit.

As a general rule, you should not get your jewelry wet. Do not wear while swimming or in the shower.

Clean jewelry with a soft cloth. Do NOT use silver polish. Gentle jewelry cleaner can be used unless otherwise noted in the listing.

When purchasing jewelry with vintage components, please note that these pieces are decades old. I cannot replace vintage items if they break from mishandling.

All shipping labels are printed electronically using the shipping address you provide (check your PayPal info!). Please make sure you have the correct address prior to checking out.

All items are sent First Class with delivery confirmation.

Insurance and signature confirmation services available for a fee upon request.

If a package is returned to me as undeliverable, or if you input the incorrect address, an additional shipping fee will be required to resend. There is no refund in this case.

Don't have a secure mail box? Consider having your item shipping to your work address (be sure to change your address before checking out!). Keep in mind package theft is on the rise, especially during the holiday season.

I will ship internationally, but due to the massive differences in shipping charges and customs fees, please contact me for a quote.

I quote the exact shipping cost with no upcharge or handling fee. I cannot offer insurance for international orders but will work with you in the event of a loss or damage.

Lampwork glass beads are all handmade one at a time by independent artisans or myself! I also use artisan-made ceramic, enamel, and polymer clay.

I also use sterling silver, pewter, brass, and copper metals, as well as Czech glass, Swarovski crystal, and vintage Lucite and acrylic. Each piece is chosen by me by hand.

I want you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you to make that happen. First resizing is free; be sure to read the instructions in the FAQ as additional cost/shipping may incur if you don't follow them.
