5 out of 5 starsI ordered this on January 14 for my granddaughters birthday on Feb 23. They shipped it on March 6th which does me no good. I have requested a full refund we shall see!
The owner replied with a full refund within minutes. While I'm disappointed it was not here for my granddaughters birthday I'm pleased to see the owner was prompt and professional. I would order from this owner again! -

Returns and exchanges
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN DUE TO SHIPPING ISSUES. I track all US packages and I am not liable for postal delivery issues. This also goes for International packages. I will send you your tracking number if you would like, or your customs form number so that you can have my delivery confirmation. Priority mail is a 2-3 day shipment and unless I ship after that 2-3 day window, I will not issue a refund.

I ship all International Packages via First Class. This is a 6-10 business day shipment that does not include tracking. If you need your banner to be tracking internationally OR guranteed arrival within 1-3 days, it must be shipping via Global parcel- this is typically a $50 charge depending on your package size.
