You'll find that many artisans on Etsy are pretty serious. My shop is a bit more light and fluffy than that and all work is custom per your order.

This will be handled on a case-by-case basis, however I am committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are not happy with your candle, please contact me rather than leaving negative or neutral feedback so that I have a chance to correct the situation.
Payment
PayPal or Money Order. Production does not begin until payment is made in full.
Shipping
I use the address on file with Etsy for shipping. Please make sure that your address is correct.

Important: All candle orders are custom, and I have many orders so make sure you indicate your party date so your candle arrives in time.

I use USPS Priority Mail.
