Combining my love of vintage, fabric, thrifting and creating into one shop.

Since my last child left the nest, I have started bringing the things I didn't have time for back into my life. Finding my niche has taken some experimentation.

Creating - My family has always been involved in art - music, dance and fine arts. I started sewing in junior high school. I always considered myself a trend-setter. Making clothes allowed me to better fulfill that role and enjoy my love of fabric, art and fashion.

Vintage - I was born in the early 60s. I have always wished I lived in the 50s. My mom was a great stay-at-home housewife whose fashion was inspiring. I started collecting vintage items as soon as I was able.

Thrifting - My love for thrifting has grown over the years. I love the thrill of a good bargain and if I don't have to buy it new, I won't. Vintage patterns and sheets are my passion.

Combining these 3 loves has led to the creation of my shop.

All items are 99% recycled. (some notions must be bought). All items are handmade from vintage sheets. All items are one of a kind.
Most of the material used is a cotton/polyester blend that requires little or no ironing. You can expect no shrinkage since all items are made from vintage sheets.
