All payments must be made before I ship your item. I ship within 1-3 business days of payment being made unless noted, International Shipping at extra cost. All orders are shipped through USPS.
Shipping costs include the cost of postage and packaging. You will receive shipping notification when the order has shipped.

**All items include a tracking number. Once products are mailed, they become the post office's responsibility. I am not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. If you are concerned about this, please pay for shipping insurance. In the event that your item is lost, use the tracking number to file a claim with your local post office.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders can be made. A custom order will remain active until it has been paid for within 5 days. After 5 days, the listing will be cancelled. Work will not begin until payment has been received. If a custom order needs to be cancelled after it has been paid for, you will have 24 hours to cancel it in order to receive a full refund. If you choose to cancel the order after 24 hours of payment being received I will charge half of the purchase price (50%) to cover the cost of materials and my time invested in your order. (A refund of the remaining half will be given including shipping.)

Some supply companies require their logo on items sold using their products. If your purchase includes a product used from one of those companies, I will stamp the back of the card with their logo.

Some cards may require extra postage if heavily decorated with embellishments.
