Frequently asked questions
Do you offer returns?
Almost all of my items are custom-made to order and not many are kept in stock immediately. I understand that large-format artwork is an investment, so if you would like a small proof print before purchasing a large photo, canvas or metal print, let me know! If there is a defect in the image or it arrives damaged please take photos and contact me as soon as you can and we'll work something out!
How should I care for my new art?
It's always a good idea to keep prints and canvases out of direct sun as it can prematurely age them. Moisture in a room can also warp an image if they're not framed properly. All the paper I print on is resistant to finger prints and can be wiped down with a soft microfiber cloth if there is dust on them before framing.
How large can an image be printed?
I can print in almost any size you want with most images, just contact me for custom sizes and paper options!
Do you sell wholesale?
All of my prints are available for wholesale in any size, or as greeting cards. Many of my items are available as textiles and accessories over at LostInNature.etsy.com and can be purchased in wholesale as well.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?
If requested, I can wrap prints in tissue with a custom note featuring any custom message. I can also include a story with a print, canvas or home decor item.
Do you ship internationally?
I do! Shipping can be expensive internationally so I try to keep costs low for everyone. I ship prints in cardboard tubes and have done this several times with no issues or damage. On large FLAT shipped items like Canvas Prints, please contact me ahead of time if you want an accurate estimate on shipping. In some cases I can have my work printed in your country and sent directly to you from there. The cost of customs fees in your country is unknown to me so you might research this before ordering as well.
