Frequently asked questions
Shipping Info
I send my zines as letters and your order will be posted within 3 - 5 business. International orders are sent without tracking to keep shipping costs down, with options for an upgrade for tracking.
Please allow 7 - 14 days for Australian orders and 20 - 40 days for international orders to arrive.
If you pay more for shipping than what it costs me to send it, I'll refund you the extra costs.
I am not responsible for any shipping delays or incorrect addresses once the order has been shipped.
Packaging
Big zines and printed materials are shipped in a sturdy card mailer and smaller zines/printed materials are shipped in a recycled envelope.
I package my zines without plastic. If you would like extra protection for your order, let me know and I'll put it in a plastic sleeve.
Incorrect Addresses
I am not responsible for incorrect addresses. I will only refund the amount of the product (minus the shipping cost) for incorrect addresses only if the order is returned to me.
If the incorrect address was a mistake was on my part, I will resend the order.
Refunds
I'll only refund orders if they have not been shipped. If the order is returned to me for various reasons, I'll refund you the cost of the item minus shipping.
