I believe in treating my customers as a person, not just a sale! I am not always after the sale, but want to make sure an individual gets what they truly want. I work hard to have repeat customers and appreciate them very much!
I generally do not like mass produced items. I really cherish the handmade item as I know the time, thought, work that went into creating something. You cannot put a price tag on that!
I truly try to be fair in my pricing strategy. I do not believe in overpricing my items, but I also hope customers understand the time it takes to run a small business, especially when you are the concept, design, production, merchandising, and shipping all in one person!

Returns and exchanges
If I do not receive payment within 24 hours, I will convo you to request what method of payment you are planning on using. I no longer accept personal checks; however, I do accept Echecks! Please let me know that this is the form of payment you will be using. I will ship the item when payment is received and cleared the bank. PAYPAL IS THE MOST EFFICIENT WAY TO PAY, but I understand that not everyone wants this option.
I also offer to send items gift wrapped to a third party. If you need this service please convo me. We will work out the arrangements together.
Please understand that delays happen and it may not be my fault. I do offer refunds, but on a case by case basis. SEE REFUND and EXCHANGE SECTION. **International customers need to be aware that I will not be held responsible for any customs fees. I am happy to ship internationally, but cannot be held responsible for a particular country's customs fees. If you have any questions, please contact me.
