All my creations are hand sewn and embellished using the highest quality materials and a passion and eye for detail and .I like to create unique dazzling pieces that are customized personally for my clients, so all my designs are bespoke one of a kind creations !
I love to help women feel inspired to explore & express themselves wearing my designs, and feel confident and beautiful, whether on stage or at the Alter or on the dance floor.

About Lotusdevi Designs
Lotusdevi Designs started from Lisa creating costumes for her own tribal/fusion bellydance performances many years back, and her passion has since grown for the more sassy and sparkly burlesque costumes.
Lisa creates customised burlesque costumes for the Australian burlesque community for annual title competitions and the festival circuit.
Having travelled extensively through the Orient in her youth Lisa loves to design some of her pieces with exquisite fabrics such as vintage kimono silk and opulent Indian embellishments. She also has a penchant for the 1920's and 30's MGM showgirl era ,and the more risqué costuming from the early 1900's such as adorned by Theda Bara.
Lisa is in her element when given the opportunity to custom-recreate a vintage style costume such as Cleopatras as worn by Collette Colbert in the 30's.

I design and create from my home studio in Brisbane where I live with my creative partner and 12 yr old daughter. I love the glamour and glitz of the old time Follies productions and vintage burlesque and belly dance,where I gain my inspiration.

My aim is to please my valued customers, and supply them with one of a kind hand made unique creative items that will inspire.
I encourage all shoppers to choose carefully and convo me with any queries or concerns before checkout.
If reqested I may be able to provide more pictures of details on selected items if I agree the item could be better depicted.
Please note that all items are shipped regular Australia post mail and do not have tracking or insurance, this is an extra cost. If you require tracking or insurance or express post, please notify me before checkout and I can give you an updated shipping cost.
