Hello and welcome to my beautiful world of vintage and antique treasures. Please feel free to message me with any questions or offers you may have. But be aware that I may not be able to respond to messages for a day or more, so if you are worried about an item selling in the meantime, please go ahead and purchase it and we can work out details later.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
If you are unhappy with your purchase once it arrived, I will be happy to take the item back for store credit. If the item arrives to you in any way damaged that was not described in the listing, I take the item back and issue you a refund via your original payment method. Please message me before sending anything back so that I am expecting its arrival.

I have now shipped over 5,000 orders and only a small handful of these have actually been lost. Particularly when items are shipped out of the United States, the shipping time can take well over a month. I ask that you be patient and give the parcel a chance to arrive, but if an item is finally deemed lost, I will refund you your money. Again, please message me if you are concerned about the arrival of your package.
Payment
We accept PayPal payments or direct credit card payments, but we will also be happy to accept a money order if that is your only option.

If paying by money order, we would appreciate receiving your payment within 10 days. If you do not pay within that time, we will contact you and if there is no response, we will be forced to cancel the sale and leave negative feedback.
Shipping
Most items are shipped USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation in a sturdy little box. My usual shipping days are Monday and Thursday, but occasionally I am out of town for business and won't be able to ship the order for up to a week after the order is placed. If you are concerned about receiving an order by a specific date, please message me right away and I will work with you to make that happen.

If you request it, I can send your purchase Priority Mail for an additional charge. If you live outside of the US, I can send your order by Priority Mail or by Registered Mail, again for an additional cost. If you require insurance, please let me know and I can add that at an additional cost.

**NY STATE SALES TAX**

-Please note that if you live in the state of New York, you will have to pay the state sales tax of 8%. I have to pay the state of New York for every transaction that occurs within the state. If you have a New York state resale number, please contact me before you make your purchase. Thank you for your compliance.
